Watch them and judge for yourself.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Our ads for 2026 will be made by a top political ad agency.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>The April 1st elections in Florida was held after one seat was vacated by Matt Gaetz, and the other was left vacant when\u00a0 Trump picked Mike Waltz for his cabinet.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>In the First District around Pennsacola, Republican Patronis&#8217; margin of victory was only 15 percentage points, a full 17 points lower than his predecessor Matt Gaetz\u2019s margin of victory in November.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>There were similar results where our ads also ran, in the Sixth district in central Florida. The Republican won by only 14 points, compared to Mike Waltz\u2019 victory by 33 points in November.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>It was no accident that Trump waited until the day after the election, April 2, to announce his sweeping tariffs. <\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>It&#8217;s time to put the brakes on Trump. It <\/strong><strong style=\"color: #808080; font-style: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align);\">was a victory for Republicans.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>We need to win in November, and we can. Trump blasts Democrats at every turn, and many Republican politicians follow his lead. His base listens and becomes motivated. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Most Democrats in Congress will not attack Republicans as a group. Congress Majority PAC&#8217;s ads are needed to do that<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>In recent years, a dominant Republican strategy has been to unite in order to stop Democrats from passing <em>any<\/em> legislation. That\u2019s a key part of their strategy, and worked for them.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align);\">To counter this, one of our best ads calls attention to the gridlock they\u2019ve caused for political gain. We point out that Democrats have been willing to compromise, but Republicans have not. Gridlock follows, and much-needed laws, like immigration reform last February, do not get passed.
